They boast a portfolio with more than 80 different fine chocolates created in Pío Brun’s bakery, where Rogelio continues to demonstrate his experience and know-how in handling temperatures and cocoa. Marina Calvo took over the chocolate shop in 2014 and has given the establishment a new boost.
