(Rating average 2,99)

Nuts, dried fruits of long tradition in Asturian cuisine and the main ingredient of the famous "casadielles" (walnut-filled pastries) are the stars of this pie, which is "to die for".

Put ground nuts and sugar in a bowl, mix with butter previously softened and, then, add brandy, anisette, and eggs. Make pastry and let it stand for five minutes.

Take a circular mould (not very high) and line it with puff pastry or short crust pastry, prick it with a fork and add the pastry previously made. Put it in the oven for about fifteen minutes, after that, take it out and decorate with whole nuts to cover it then with jelly.
